Re-gears are commonly tied to lease events such as break options or renewals. Close liaison with our clients' ever-changing objectives enables us to take advantage of situations whereby a lease re-gear could be beneficial.
This may be related for example to the removal or deferral of a break clause or perhaps an early request for a new lease. Our aim is to be proactive by seeking opportunities to instigate changes that will be of benefit our clients.
